1. Operator and scope
Michiel de Ruiter, trading as LuxuriaPrintStudio in the Netherlands, operates this website, EtsyAutomation, and Luxuria Publisher. EtsyAutomation processes the operator’s catalog for LuxuriaPrintStudio and PadQuest. Luxuria Publisher supports our own Pinterest publishing. These terms apply to website use and set the conditions for anyone expressly authorized to operate the private tools.
2. No public software service
Browsing this website or authorizing an account does not grant access to the tools, create a subscription, or form a software-service contract. There are no public accounts, customer uploads, or software fees on this site. Tool access requires separate express authorization from the operator. Purchases from our storefronts are governed by the applicable storefront terms, product information, and statutory rights, rather than these software terms.
3. Account access and authorization
Only connect accounts, files, folders, sheets, and boards you own or are authorized to manage. Review the permissions and data-use notice before granting access through the platform’s documented authorization flow. Google Drive access is currently broad, rather than limited by the permission grant to individually selected files. Google Sheets and service-account sharing may be configured separately.
Keep credentials secure; do not supply platform passwords, session cookies, or tokens through public messages. Revoke access when it is no longer needed. Revoking OAuth does not automatically erase stored results, delete published content, or remove sharing granted to a separate service account.
4. Content, AI, and publishing choices
Operators must have the necessary copyright, trademark, privacy, and other rights to process and publish the selected content. Selecting catalog content authorizes the disclosed processing workflow, including AI analysis or copy generation where configured. Review generated material for accuracy, rights, and platform suitability; AI output can be incomplete or wrong.
Pinterest requires a deliberate approval for each Pin’s creative, wording, destination, board, and time. Account connection is not blanket publishing approval. Etsy uploads may run through an operator-configured batch or daily schedule. Operators are responsible for their selected listings, schedule, limits, and intended public content. Image ingestion may use publicly accessible artwork links as explained in the privacy policy; do not select confidential content for that process.
A stop request or revoked connection prevents further work where possible but may not undo an in-flight request or a completed publication. Uncertain publishing outcomes require inspection before retrying. There is no guarantee of platform acceptance, audience reach, sales, or uninterrupted scheduled execution.
5. Acceptable use and platform rules
Do not publish illegal, infringing, deceptive, or spam content; access another person’s account without permission; bypass approval gates or platform enforcement; scrape Pinterest; manipulate engagement; sell platform data; or use platform information for prohibited profiling or advertising. Do not attack this website, introduce malicious code, or use its contact details for spam.
Google API data must be used only for the disclosed, authorized features and within Google’s Limited Use restrictions. It must not be used for generalized AI training, including by enabling a provider’s training/data-sharing options. Pinterest API information must not be used to train or develop AI models or retained beyond Pinterest’s permitted limits. Authorization does not override a platform’s rules.
Connected services have their own terms, including the Google APIs Terms, Pinterest Developer Guidelines, and the applicable Etsy, Printify, and OpenAI terms. Operators must comply with those terms as well as applicable law.
6. Privacy and ending access
The privacy policy describes data access, processing, recipients, retention, and rights. The data deletion page explains connection revocation and deletion requests. We may suspend or end tool access to address security, unlawful use, a platform restriction, or the end of an authorized workflow. Pending jobs must be stopped and credentials removed when access ends. Statutory privacy rights remain available regardless of these terms.
7. Intellectual property and independence
This site’s design, text, and product materials belong to or are licensed to the operator unless stated otherwise. These terms do not transfer ownership of selected content or authorize reuse outside the approved workflow. Lawful exceptions to copyright remain available. We are independently operated and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Pinterest, Etsy, Printify, or OpenAI. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
8. Availability and liability
Information, features, and external APIs can change, and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, these informational pages and private tools are provided without a promise of a particular commercial result. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses where exclusion is lawful. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be limited, or removes mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
9. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms when the tools, law, or platform requirements change. Material changes affecting authorized use will be communicated before they apply where required. The laws of the Netherlands govern, subject to applicable mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules.
