Revoke access and request deletion.

1. Stop pending jobs and revoke the connection

Stop pending generation, upload, and scheduled publishing jobs in the private dashboard. A request already sent to a platform may finish; revoking access does not undo a completed publication.

• Google: open your third-party connections and remove EtsyAutomation’s access. Revoke any separately connected Google Ads application too, if applicable.
• Service accounts: remove the relevant service account’s sharing permissions from Drive files, folders, and Sheets. This access is separate from personal OAuth.
• Pinterest: remove Luxuria Publisher in your Pinterest account’s connected-app settings. The dashboard’s Disconnect control also clears its in-memory OAuth connection.

Platform revocation stops further use of that authorization. It does not automatically erase our local catalog, backups, or content already published on an external platform.

2. Send a deletion request

Email [email protected] from an address reasonably associated with the connection, or explain another safe way we can verify your authority. Do not send a password, access token, refresh token, session cookie, identity document, or other secret.

3. What we delete

Where present and within our control, we delete:

• stored platform access and refresh tokens;
• granted-scope, token-expiry, and local connection-status records;
• covered source-file and spreadsheet references, downloaded content, generated outputs, pending publishing instructions, and retained board or Pin delivery references;
• personal data covered by the request in local databases, working files, diagnostics, and backups, including requests to relevant processors where applicable; and
• other personal information covered by a valid request, subject to a narrow legal retention requirement.

Unrelated catalog assets are not erased merely because a connection ends; valid personal-data rights still apply to business records. Backup handling must prevent erased data from being restored into active processing. We explain any narrow legal retention exception.

To remove public Pins or Etsy listings, use that platform’s controls or ask us to handle content within our authority. Revoking OAuth or deleting a local record alone does not remove those publications. Original files in your Google account remain yours to manage. Public artwork links may also need their sharing permissions removed.

4. Timing

We act without undue delay. GDPR requests normally receive a response within one month; if a lawful extension is necessary, we explain it within that period. Authorization credentials and data no longer permitted by platform rules are removed without undue delay and within any shorter platform deadline. A valid platform-data deletion request is handled no later than 30 days unless a shorter deadline applies. We explain any record that must be retained for a legal reason.
